The general:

As a key member of our Sales team, the Sales Administrative Assistant will be the glue that holds our sales team together. Your day-to-day responsibilities will range from traditional administrative duties to sales research and sales enablement.

The specifics:


  • Search channels like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo for cold and warm prospects ✅

  • Pull leads from ZoomInfo and build prospect lists ✅

  • Identify those with budget authority ✅

  • Find contact information and enter this information into the CRM ✅

  • Build queries in the CRM for the sales team to utilize ✅

It’s more than just data entry, we’re looking for someone to utilize resources to identify leads the sales team can close. You are a pro at identifying decision-makers, finding their contact information, and keeping the information organized for the sales team. You might even make some initial phone calls. Did we mention “glue that holds the sales team together”?


  • Build queries in the CRM for the sales team to utilize ✅

  • Compose and test sales messaging to identify the most effective messages using A/B testing ✅

  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement ✅

  • Monitor and distribute sales reports ✅

  • Provide necessary support to the sales team at all stages of the sales process ✅

You’ll proactively position yourself to identify areas of improvement. You’ll work closely with sales leadership to identify process bottlenecks and inconsistencies while helping facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement. Really, did we mention “glue”?


  • Schedule the monthly sales team lunch ✅

  • Host the weekly sales meeting ✅

  • Send sales campaign email sequences to pre-identified contacts ✅

  • Assist the sales team with sales-related tasks ✅

  • Process invoices ✅

  • Maintain unsub lists ✅

Most of the administrative work is second nature to you. The sales team runs so smoothly every other department wishes they could clone you, but they can’t clone you because you’re that awesome.

Job Requirements

Needed for the job:

  • High-speed, reliable Internet connection

  • 3+ years in an administrative role, preferably supporting sales professionals

  • An eye for detail

  • A great attitude and an eagerness to learn and solve problems

Preferred for the job:

  • 2+ years working remotely

  • 2+ years of sales support or sales experience

  • Strong interest in productivity / working smarter

  • Passion for your work and self-motivation

  • Some college preferred, but not required
