PDFpen for iPad 1.2 Adds Dropbox Folder Syncing

San Francisco, CA – June 20, 2012 – Smile, a developer of productivity applications for Mac and iOS, has released PDFpen for iPad 1.2. The update adds Dropbox folder syncing so that users can use both Mac and iPad to seamlessly edit PDF documents stored on Dropbox.

The update also adds the option for users to create a PDF from selected pages or from a photo. PDFpen for iPad now features localizations in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese.

“Many of our users store PDF documents on Dropbox,” said Smile founder Philip Goward. “We wanted to give them the option of seamless PDF editing on their devices, which we already offer for PDFs stored on iCloud.”

PDFpen for iPad is $14.99, and is available on the iTunes App Store.

– Email PDF files
– Retrieve and save PDFs directly with Dropbox, Evernote and Google Docs; share PDFs with a computer via Wi-Fi; transfer files using iTunes, FTP, WebDAV, and iDisk.
